NEW! Embark on a journey of intuitive painting with us on March 2nd at 11 AM – let your creativity flow freely! This workshop will be conducted in english.
Have you ever watched kids paint? They simply do it for joy and get lost in the moment. In this workshop you can rediscover this childlike enthusiasm as well. No artistic skills needed!
Intuitive painting has an amazingly positive effect on your wellbeing, is great fun and is an effective method for getting to know yourself better. It improves your creativity, intuition, relaxation, joy of life and so much more.
This workshop is not about painting a “beautiful picture” or learning a special painting technique, it is about perceiving and following your inner voice. In a protected, nonjudgmental space, I accompany you on your personal, creative journey: Out of your head and into your creative flow.
You will learn a proven method that will bring you closer to yourself.
At the beginning of the workshop, playful painting and relaxation exercises will help you stimulate your intuition and creative abilities without any artistic performance pressure. Then a longer painting process is initiated by a guided meditation that helps to connect with your inner perception. Afterwards you just start painting. You spontaneously follow your inner impulses and let your creativity flow. Especially the exchange about the pictures in the group at the end of the workshop is very insightful.
Depending on the exercise, we work and experiment with different materials:
acrylic paint, colored and fiber pencils, oil pastels and pastel chalk.
In addition, exercises are supported by relaxing background music.
You don’t need to bring anything, all materials will be provided.
Just come as you are with an open and curious mind.
Everything will be prepared for you to create a relaxed and cosy atmosphere. Whether you are coming alone or together with friends or family – we want you to feel comfortable. Our workshop groups remain small.
We have water, tea and coffee, but you are also welcome to bring other drinks and snacks (for the break).
